BookMyRehab provides physiotherapy and multidisciplinary rehabilitation services tailored to individual medical needs.

All services are delivered by certified physiotherapists and rehabilitation professionals in accordance with industry standards and clinical guidelines.

By attending therapy sessions, patients agree to follow the guidance, exercise instructions, and safety protocols set by our therapists.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be booked in advance via call, WhatsApp, or online.

Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes early for scheduled sessions.

In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Arriving late may result in a shortened session without compensation.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a review of continued treatment eligibility.

Payments & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in advance or at the start of each session.

No refunds will be provided for sessions missed or discontinued without valid medical reasons.

Package sessions must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.

Medical History & Responsibility

It is the patient’s responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical history before starting therapy.

BookMyRehab shall not be held liable for injury or complications arising from undisclosed or incomplete health information.

Patients are expected to follow home care instructions and immediately inform therapists of any discomfort or adverse reactions.

Therapy & Recovery

Therapy outcomes vary depending on the individual’s condition, age, compliance, and severity.

We do not guarantee specific results or recovery timelines but commit to delivering care according to best clinical practices.

Confidentiality

All personal and medical information shared will be kept strictly confidential.

Information will be used only for treatment, internal records, or communication unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

With your consent, progress photos or videos may be captured for clinical, educational, or marketing purposes. No identity will be disclosed without prior written permission.

Emergency Protocol

In the event of a medical emergency during a session, appropriate first aid will be provided and emergency services will be contacted.

The patient’s listed emergency contact will be notified immediately.

By signing the consent form or continuing treatment at BookMyRehab, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
