Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or counted as a used session in the package.
Refund Policy for Individual Sessions
Once a session has been taken, no refunds will be issued.
If a session is prepaid and canceled with proper notice, the amount will be credited for future use
within a valid time frame of 30 days.
Refund Policy for Packages
Packages (such as 5, 10, or 20 sessions) are non-transferable and must be used within the validity
period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered only under the following conditions:
• Medical conditions preventing continuation (doctor’s note required)
• Patient relocation outside the service area (proof required)
In case of a package refund, all discounts will be nullified and per-session charges will be applied
for all sessions already conducted.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookmyrehab@gmail.com.
Requests are reviewed within 7 working days, and eligible refunds are processed through the original
payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.
Important Notes
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Missed appointments or late arrivals
• Discontinuation of therapy without a valid medical reason
Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.

By starting therapy, patients agree to the terms mentioned above. Patients are advised to speak with
our front desk for clarification before booking.
