Refund & Cancellation Policy :

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or counted as a used session in the package.

Once a session has been taken, no refunds will be issued.
If a session is prepaid and canceled with proper notice, the amount will be credited for future use within a valid time frame (30 days)

Packages (e.g., 5/10/20 sessions) are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered only under:
- Medical conditions (with doctor’s note) preventing continuation
- Patient relocation outside the area (proof required)
- In Package refund all the discount would get nullified and per day session charge would be applicable for entire sessions which has been conducted.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [bookmyrehab@gmail.com]
Requests are reviewed within 7 working days, and eligible refunds are processed via the original payment method or UPI/bank transfer.

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Missed appointments or late arrivals
- Discontinuation without medical cause
Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
