•  BookMyRehab provides physiotherapy and multidisciplinary rehabilitation services tailored to individual medical needs.
• All services are delivered by certified physiotherapists and rehab professionals in accordance with industry standards and clinical guidelines.
• By attending therapy sessions, patients agree to follow the guidance, exercise instructions, and safety protocols set by our therapists.

•  Appointments must be booked in advance via call, WhatsApp, or online.
• We request patients to arrive 10 minutes early for scheduled sessions.
• In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

•  Arriving late may result in a shortened session without compensation.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a review of continued treatment eligibility.

•  All payments are to be made in advance or at the start of each session. 
• No refunds will be provided for sessions missed or discontinued without valid medical reasons.
• Package sessions must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase

•  It is the patient's responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical history before starting therapy.
• BookMyRehab shall not be held liable for injury or complications arising from undeclared health conditions.
• Patients are expected to follow home care instructions and inform therapists of any adverse reactions or discomfort.

• The outcome of therapy varies depending on the individual’s condition, age, compliance, and severity.
• We do not guarantee specific results or timeframes for recovery but commit to delivering care as per best practices.

•  All personal and medical information shared will be kept strictly confidential.
• Your data will only be used for treatment, internal records, or communication unless required by law or with your explicit consent
• With your consent, we may capture progress photos or videos for clinical, educational, or marketing purposes.
• No identity will be disclosed without prior written permission.

•  In case of a medical emergency during the session, appropriate first aid will be provided and emergency services will be contacted.
• The patient’s listed emergency contact will be notified immediately
